Chardonnay 2023

 

A first ever Chardonnay harvest for Nevo winery from a unique shallow soil vintage in Matta village. 
The straw colored dry wine has a medium body and flavors of of citrus fruit, green apple and pine apple. 
It is crisp and acidic.
Served cold, this wine will go great with fish dishes, vegetables and fine goat cheeses.
